Online Modules
Online bitesize training videos detailing coaching concepts, tools and techniques to study at your own pace before the corresponding live session with your cohort.
7 Live Sessions
Live weekly sessions with your cohort of like-minded Procurement & Supply Chain professionals and your coach trainer to practise the tools and answer your questions.
Learning Circles
You will be assigned to a learning circle to deepen your coaching skills with each other and use these sessions as part of your coaching practice hours for your qualification.
Personalised Feedback
Throughout the live sessions and when completing your assignments you will receive feedback from your course tutor to help you to embed your coaching practice and achieve your qualification.
Coaching Supervision
Dedicated support to elevate your coaching skills and practice beyond the live sessions. You'll receive 8 hours of coaching supervision to help you to embed your practice.
Coaching Assignments
You will complete 3 coaching assignments, which include your coaching portfolio and a reflective essay on your development as a coach. You'll be supported all the way by your tutor.
In-depth Coaching Practice
You will carry out 60 hours of coaching practice with 6 - 9 individuals as part of your coaching portfolio. We will support you to establish this portfolio
Your Personal Development
On our programme, you will also experience being coached on your own development within your cohort; a transformative experience.
Personal Tutor Support Throughout
Your course tutor, a senior level coach specialising in Procurement, will support you & can answer any questions, from the live sessions through to qualification
